We started small.   Very small.   From the beginning, we’ve always catered to true kratom connoisseurs.  When we started MitraMan Botanicals, we didn’t go door-to-door to brick and mortar shops or hire a marketing person to enhance our SEO (we didn’t even have a website for the first 2 years), we just conversed and advertised in small online communities of connoisseurs who were equally as obsessed as we were with high quality kratom.   Over time, we built a reputation for having not only high-quality, but consistently high-quality products, as well as excellent customer service.     In July 2021, we launched this website as a way of making it easier for our customers to place orders.   Our customer base has grown a bit since then, but we still rely on word-of-mouth as our main “marketing” vessel.  We believe that consumers’ best tool in deciding where to buy products is other customers’ honest opinions.  We’ve never once offered any incentive to our customers to review our products.   The way we see it, if we concentrate on quality, consistency, and customer service, the rest will fall into place.  We’ve now grown into one of the most popular companies for customers who want to buy small batch kratom.
