General

Yes!  All of our products are 3rd part lab tested and can the results can be found on the COA page of our website.  Click Here for COAs.

We also regularly send new products and shipments to our testers for feedback to ensure that we are always sending the highest quality products!

We guarantee the quality of the every product we send out.  If you have any issues with the quality of the product or an item is damaged, please reach out to us at [email protected] with the issue and the batch number of the products you received.  We will get back to you as quickly as possible with a solution to resolve the issue!

Tracking

Tracking numbers are sent by email automatically once USPS or UPS scans in the package. That could be anywhere from a few hours to a day, so keep an eye on your email.

You can also view the tracking information by logging into your account, going to “My Account” and then “Orders” and click “Track”. 

If you still haven’t received the tracking email and can’t find it in your account, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we can get you your tracking number.

Shipping

All orders over $20 ship USPS Priority Mail unless specified otherwise.  Orders under $20 ship USPS Ground Advantage.   All orders paid by 2pm Central time will ship SAME DAY (except Saturday, which has a 12pm cut off)

Below are the upgrade options, along with pricing:

**USPS Priority Express (1-2 day): $20

**UPS Next Day Air (No Saturday Delivery): $38

**UPS 2nd Day Air (No Saturday Delivery/ Not Guaranteed):  $14

**UPS Ground (1-5 day): $4

Typical shipping speeds:

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 days

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days

USPS Priority Express: 1-2 days (Usually 1 day)

UPS Ground: 1-5 days.  This option is recommended for customers who have issues with USPS deliveries in their area.

Priority Express is commonly referred to as “Overnight” shipping.  While it is true that it is usually 1-day, it can be 2-day.

UPS does NOT delivery on Saturdays.

YES!  We even ship same day on Saturdays for orders that are placed & paid by 12pm central time. We ship UPS orders on Saturdays as well, but it won’t leave the UPS store until Monday.

UPDATE: As we continue to optimize our new website, we are limiting shipments to US and Canada only. If you are in kratom-legal country and would like to place an order, send us an email and we can consider it on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your patience.

Yes, as long as the Buyer is in a kratom-legal country. We DO NOT guarantee passage through customs, and the buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes upon import.

We do ship to Canada! There is a $15 shipping charge and shipments are still sent out the same day. 

Shipping times vary greatly from as fast as 10 day to as long as 21-30 days, or longer in some cases.  Shipping speed mainly comes down to if Canada Customs holds the package for inspection.  We will not have any information on that besides that the tracking says.  We will reach out if Canada Customs send it back to us.

Packages are sent through USPS/Canada Post unless otherwise stated. Canada Border Patrol and Customs has the right to delays, search, and return packages at will, so extra delays may apply in some cases. Shipments do receive tracking like normal, so you can follow your package there.

All packages we send out are already as discreet as possible. They will be sent in generic USPS envelopes or blank envelopes. The only identifier will be the return address will say MMB ATX.

At the moment we are unable to offer local pick-up and don’t have any local vendors. Although, it is something we are working on!

We ship all orders placed before 2PM CST on weekdays the same day. It can take 24-36 hours for tracking numbers to update once USPS has received the package. Due to the process of bulk shipping, we do not have the ability to scan all orders in at the local post office. The first time they are scanned is generally when they reach the automated machines somewhere along their route which is why there can be delays to updates.  It’s still moving like normal though!

If your order has not yet been shipped, we might be able to make changes to the shipping details. Please reach out at [email protected] as soon as possible and let us know the situation. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any further changes.

Ordering

We do offer samples! We offer a Powder Sampler Pack and our Capsules Sampler Pack which gives you a great deal on 3 samples of your choice. These are both great options for trying any strains that may have caught your eye.  You can also order individual samples of a strain on each respective product page.

We send coupon codes via our email newsletter when they are available, so make sure you are subscribed so you get the latest updates!

We do offer wholesale pricing! Through our website, we offer 5 kilo and 10 kilo bulk orders which include free shipping. Search “bulk” to find those.

If you are a business looking to order more than 10 kilos, please reach out to us at [email protected] and let us know the name of your business, the types of products you are interested in, and the quantity you are wanting to order.  We would be happy to assist!

Since we order our products in small quantities to ensure freshness and quality, batch numbers can change frequently. They will also change based on when the items were packaged.  We try and keep products as similar as possible from batch to batch, but there can be some differences. Free free to reach out if you would like to check on the current batch number of a product.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we might be able to make changes to the products in your order. Please reach out at [email protected] as soon as possible and let us know the situation. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any further changes.

Payments

No, we can only accept payments through our website’s checkout page, and the only payment methods we accept will be listed there. If you are not seeing a payment method that was previously available, we most likely no longer accept it.

Unfortunately, no, we are not able to accept payments over the phone.  All payments much be made through our website’s checkout page.

Recommendations

Our top strains have always been our Red Horn, Super Green, and White MD. Other great options are Red MD, Green MD, and Premium MD.  Our quick order menu is automatically sorted by our most popular products, so you can always see what others are interested in!

We are unable to give recommendations based on medical claims or product effects. But, we can give recommendations based on product reviews and popularity, so check out the questions above for our up to date recommendations!

We highly recommend sticking to the usage amounts that is printed on the packaging for the product you received. The usage amount can vary by product, so please read each item carefully. Please speak to your doctor before using quantities different from what we recommend.

Returns

Sure! We understand that orders can be made by mistake, you changed your mind, or just got too much! Please reach out via email and let us know what products you want to return, how much you are sending back, and the reason for the return.

To save you money and headache, Let us know if you would like us to provide the return label and we will let you know the shipping cost beforehand and issue that. That will be deducted from the refund amount!

Rewards

You can find all of the details on the Rewards page.  In short, points are earned with every order, for signing up, and for leaving honest reviews on the website.  You can also get a birthday discount code every year!  The more points you earn, the more you level up and earn points faster.  MitraPoints can be redeemed for discount on future orders.

Points are automatically applied to your account after the order is processed which usually takes just a few minutes from when the order is placed, but can take as much as 24 hours depending on if we need to manually process the order.  Please make sure that the email address used when placing the order is correct as this is points are tracked.  If you find that the email was not correct or the points are still not appearing on your account after 24 hours, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we can assist you.

Wholesale and bulk orders do not earn points since they are already heavily discounted. Sorry!

Our loyalty program began in on February 19th, 2025.  All orders before then won’t earn any points.  Sadly, we are unable to offer points for orders before that time.  If the order is newer than that date, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we can help you out.

Coupon codes are saved to your account, so no matter when you redeemed points for a discount, it will be saved to your account until you use it.  You can find all your active codes by clicking the “My Rewards” icon on the bottom right, then going to Redeem > My Rewards > Coupons.
